Apexium is an innovative event designed to enhance entrepreneurial skills and practical business acumen among SIBM Nagpur students. This competition will provide a platform to ideate, research, and present business ideas, followed by a live investment simulation to nurture startup funding perspectives.
Encourage students to create structured, research-backed business proposals. Organize a practical simulation of investor pitching and funding decisions. Foster innovation, teamwork, and business communication skills.
Registration & Idea Submission: Students register through an online form. Submission of PPTs covering
essential
components such as investment needs, market size, marketing strategy, and financial projections.
Screening & Shortlisting: Faculty panel from SIEC to evaluate based on viability and innovation.
Shortlisted ideas
proceed for live presentations.
Final Presentation & Virtual Investment Challenge: Occurs in the seminar hall with participating
finalists pitching
their ideas. Audience comprising students and faculty are given virtual funds (₹5,000 for students,
₹10,000 for faculty)
to invest. Real-time funding decisions simulate actual investor behavior.
Awards & Recognition: Idea with maximum simulated investments declared the winner. Certificates and
accolades awarded to
winners and participants.
