Dr. Smruti Patre is an accomplished educator in HR and Organizational Behaviour at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Nagpur, where she serves as Associate Professor and Deputy Director. She brings over 17 years of teaching experience and is a gold-medalist alumnus, known for high-impact classroom teaching in HRM, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Organizational Behaviour.
As an academic leader, she combines administrative stewardship with strong industry engagement — designing and delivering management development programs (MDPs) that connect practitioners and students. Her institutional contributions have been recognised with multiple internal awards for teaching, research, and commitment to the institute.

Dr. Anant Deogaonkar is a distinguished academician, researcher, and industry professional with a Ph.D. in Management, M.Tech. in Integrated Power Systems, an MBA in Human Resource Management, and a B.E. in Electronics & Power Engineering, providing him with a strong interdisciplinary foundation in management and technology .With over 22 years of experience spanning academia, research, consultancy, and industry, Dr. Deogaonkar has held key positions at Hughes Tele.com, Tata Teleservices Limited, TCTSL, and G K Industries, contributing significantly to network operations, service support, team management, and training. A prolific researcher, he has published more than 50 research papers in national and international journals of high repute, including 25 Scopus and 18 Web of Science-indexed publications. His research interests include quality management, operations management, human resource management, and organizational behaviour and holds two patents. He has successfully completed consultancy assignments worth ₹25 lakhs and actively engages in academic administration, training, and industry collaborations. Dr. Deogaonkar has also made significant contributions to executive education by delivering Management Development Programs (MDPs) for corporate organizations and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). Beyond his professional achievements, he is a graded artist of All India Radio in Indian classical vocal music, showcasing his passion for art and culture.

Rahul Singh Gautam has holds Ph.D in finance from SIBM, Pune. He has qualified M.Phil in finance from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University , Lucknow. He has completed MBA in finance from Dr. Shakuntala Misra National University, Lucknow. He has Qualified SIU Senior Research Fellowship and Junior Research Fellowship. He is prolific researcher and work in the area of finance. His research interest is focused on exploring and leveraging financial inclusion, financial technology, sustainable development goals, corruption, and government financial services to improve equitable access to financial services for the poor and rural development, etc.
He has presented and published many research papers in national and international conferences and journals which are indexed in Scopus and Web of Science and are Abstracted in ABDC. He has also Published Book Chapters in Management He has also reviewed research papers from journals of high repute and many IEEE Conferences which is indexed in Scopus.
