Ideation Competition Phase-I
The Ideation Competition held on 30th July 2025 was an exciting platform for our MBA and MBA (FABM) students to showcase their ingenuity, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The event brimmed with energy as students presented innovative and creative ideas aimed at addressing real-world challenges across sectors like sustainability, technology, agribusiness, and social entrepreneurship. What made the day truly remarkable was the originality of thought, depth of research, and clarity of vision demonstrated by the participants. Each idea reflected not only academic learning but also the ability to think critically, strategically, and with a strong sense of purpose. Beyond being a contest, this event served as a launchpad for nurturing entrepreneurial spirit within our student community. The participants not only gained constructive feedback but also took their first step towards transforming concepts into actionable, impactful solutions.
A special mention goes to our respected Director Sir Dr. Shailesh Rastogi, whose presence and motivating words inspired both participants and audience alike, setting an encouraging tone for the event. We also extend heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Soma Sharma, our dedicated faculty coordinator, whose guidance, meticulous planning, and constant support played a crucial role in making the event a resounding success. The ideation event not only celebrated creativity but also reinforced SIBM Nagpur’s commitment to nurturing future leaders equipped with innovative thinking and practical solutions for real-world challenges.
The event was graced by an esteemed Industry Mentors whose insights and feedback added immense value to the participants’ learning experience. Their expertise helped refine the students’ concepts and encouraged them to think beyond conventional boundaries.
Ideation Competition Phase-2
Following the success of our Ideation Competition, where creative minds from across the region shared ground-breaking ideas, the shortlisted participants were invited to an exclusive second round, a platform to refine, present, and validate their concepts in greater depth.
This latest event provided a collaborative and engaging environment where participants interacted with industry experts, received valuable feedback, and worked on transforming their initial ideas into actionable solutions. Through focused mentorship, interactive discussions, and real-time problem-solving, the event encouraged innovative thinking and strategic planning.
The energy in the room was electric as each participant brought their unique vision to life, demonstrating creativity, practicality, and impact. It was a true celebration of talent, determination, and the journey from concept to execution.
